Not a huge deal

I suppose this isn’t the end of the world but I order some products online so I could have access to the free samples/rewards they don’t have in store Sephora, my package arrived today I’m I was really excited!! But I didn’t get any of my free samples? I even spent a little more money so I could add a promo code for a sample.
