Not a big deal but...

I am in texas. Recently every time I ordered anything online from sephora, I never got my 3 free samples. Is this the same problem with anyone?

Do sephora just give up on giving samples?

I’m in Ohio and have also run into this/other fulfillment issues in the last month or so - not just you!
