None of my cards working on Sephora.com?

Every time I try to order off the website I get the message "Payment error - your payment could not be processed. Please verify that your card number, expiration date and cvn are correct and that your billing address matches what the bank has on file. We have reversed any pending charges to your account." No matter what card I use..any idea why?

I'm sorry to hear that! Sephora.com is very case sensitive so all information entered at the time of checkout must match what your Financial Institution has on file (i.e. missing period or and spelling of address) If you continue to experience this issue, I recommend contacting your Financial Institution directly for exact information entered. We may also assist you further via phone at at 1-877-SEPHORA (1-877-737-4672). I hope this clarifies!
