No/wrong samples and late delivery

Hello, Sephora! I know you’re trying to solve sample issues but it definitely bugs me because I expect to get those when I place an order and cs always answers me that Sephora is trying to improve system. My recent orders didn’t have samples at all:  Wrong samples and less than 3: XXXXXXXX. 5 days of delivery for flash 2day shipping; I placed an order April 4 but arrived 9 & I had random and less than 3 samples: XXXXXXX. I think if Sephora can’t guarantee samples that I choose and right time for delivery date, they can’t charge for fast shipping and let customers know about it when we place an order or at least the system should really improve. Thank you.
