No samples

I hate the scam that Sephora is running that if you spend X amount of money you get a special sample as well as the samples at checkout. Samples are the ONLY reason that I would generally choose Sephora over other retailers. My last order I received non of the samples ordered, including not even the one I chose for spending X amount. On top of that, the chat feature has been disconnected all week.this is very frusterating and Im tempted to return my products and support another business. On TOP of that... i write ONEmessage here... go to post it and it wont post claiming that i am " post flooding" 

Hey sephora! Why dont you just close shop if you're not interested in custkmer service?
