No samples

This is the umpteenth time I have received my order with NO samples at all. Does anyone ever get anything anymore? I am so disappointed as this is one of the reasons I order online from Sephora.

I'm told that my order will be shipped by ground since the samples are considered hazardous, what is the point of that if they aren't even in there?
