No samples

I just received an order today but the 3 samples I picked out at checkout were not included! It seems like this has happened quite a bit to other people, and I don’t understand why it’s so hard to include a couple free things, especially when we’re given the option of picking them out. Very disappointed since I order online to get the samples.
