No samples!

I just received my order right now and I was so excited to open the box to see those 5 free samples. Well instead of 5 I got just 3 and those are nothing what I chose when I placed my order! So disappointing! And this is not the first time when it happens to me. Next time probably I will try ULTA to see how it is.

I was wondering if any body else was shorted. Like you I got 3 of 5 and only 1 thing that I requested. Another let down with samples.

I laughed when I saw the 5 sample offer because two times already I have not received ordered samples: first occurrence was nothing; second was a replacement, I guess, for the three I did order- a replica fragrance sample “in the barber shop” which leaked in the box. 😷

I was also missing samples although they appear on my order. I was really looking forward to the fragrance sample and was intending to buy it if it didn't aggravate my migraines (which is why I need to test it out)

I guess at least you got three. There was none in mine. There was none in the last several packages so I stopped ordering until I saw the 5 sample promotion. The samples are why I started buying dr.jart and the other products. I’m not spending $50 to try something.
