No samples

Just got my packages and no samples were included. Emailed customer service and got a replay saying they regrets for not sending it, but "Cannot" reship samples. Should I just accept the fact that I'm an unlucky customer?

Me too! This started happening around the holidays and then improved for a bit. But of late, I have been missing samples again and my order yesterday had ZERO samples.

I emailed customer service and they said just go to the store if I want a sample of something which is completely unhelpful.  I ordered on-line for the convenience and I find the samples and the freebies with purchase to be a great way to try things out;  Pretty disappointing - especially given I am a VIB Rouge.  More and more often I find myself purchasing from Ulta since their reward program is better and the brands they carry are expanding weekly.
