No samples?

Wondering if you are still giving out samples!? seeing as this is the second time I've received an order (thinking the first time was just an overlooked oopsie) only to realize that I yet again have no samples with my order.. Yes they are just samples but none the less i enjoy getting a few free SAMPLE items with my expensive paid for orders!

While samples may be substituted because our inventory is limited and changes frequently, they should not be missing from your order and I'm sorry to hear this has happened twice now.

Thank you for the points Megan, it's very much appreciated! However it still didn't fix the problem.... because I received an order from sephora today and surprise, surprise NO samples...AGAIN! So this makes 3x this has happened to me now.

So disappointing!!!
