No sample in the package that I received today 😞

I am shocked that I am not the only one for not receiving my samples. I just google online and it seem to be a common problem, Sephora. I just received my two packages and I am sad to discovered none of the three samples I choose are in any of my packages. I am pretty disappointed. I really did want to try the samples before committing the full size. I have sensitive and acne prone skin. I have to be careful what I use because I can break out and it will take months for me to recover. Sigh. I guess I will continue to stick with what I am using. I do have another order from Sephora on the way to me... I got a feeling there will be no samples in that one too. What happened, Sephora? Your system should know when samples are out of stock and maybe put in our box for us to come in to Sephora to choose a sample of our choice. That way we can come in and maybe get help on what is new and what we should try out. I would like to explore new products. That way everyone will continue to shop at Sephora. Got to keep your customer happy.

I often get samples that I didn't choose, but this time there is absolutely no sample. Very disappointing.
