No samples?

I haven't ordered from sephora in a while, but since they sent me an email that all the points that I have earned over the years would go back to 0 at the end of the year, I decided to make a purchase and use all of my points before they are gone. Anyway, I obviously selected some samples along with my order. Once I received my package, I didn't get any samples with my order, not even replacements. This is not the FIRST TIME, but since it happened again, I decided to share my disappointment online.

Same here...So frustrating after spending thousands of dollars at that store. Usually my samples get swiped for random stuff I didn't choose, because they always seem to be out of stock, but this time zero was zero samples, they must have evaporated together with their packaging....
