No samples yet again and damaged products

I'm getting kinda tired of not receiving any samples in my boxes (this has been an ongoing problem). The reason I contacted the Rouge line today was that I ordered some products from The Ordinary and the boxes had been cut open with a box cutter. One of the products had the dropper nicked by the box cutter as well. I was concerned about product safety which is why I contacted the Rouge line. The Rouge CS rep said I could send it back in to get a full refund which is kinda silly for the amount the product costs plus it is my understanding that The Ordinary is possibly not going to be sold by Sephora anymore (which is upsetting). For all of this she offered me 75 points (which did not show up on my account) and told me to try to find it in store (it's only available online). I just really wish that the customer service from the Rouge line was better, and that the sample problem be fixed once and for all as this has been going on for almost a year now. If someone could please forward this onto the higher ups and actually be looked into I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
