No samples with order :(

Hi! I just received an order but didn’t get any samples 😞 I luckily still received the item I bought with points from the rewards bazaar and the item I ordered but the order is missing any samples

I don’t get any either. I just received an order today with none, and the samples I requested are still available on line.

@JulesB72, my apologies, it looks like your private messages are turned off, and you can adjust your preferences in your Community settings (on the browser only, not the app). If you would like to send me a private message with your order number, I'll look into this.

I just received my order and didn't receive any samples either. I can understand if my selections are no longer available (though according to the website, they are) but alternatives should be provided with the order. I found this to be an issue last year as well. Your fulfilment center is dropping the ball.
