No samples received

I recently received two of the orders I placed on a Sephora.com. I was extremely excited to get my hands on Fenty Beauty, samples , and the 25 gift for ordered during the month of December. However, I'm a little disappointed that my second order had no samples or the 25 gift for ordering this month. This is the main reason I choose to order from Sephora and not Ultra. This is not the type of service I expected.
