No samples received with order

I just received an online order with no free samples.

When I placed the order, I had specifically picked out 3 fragrance samples in anticipation of eventually ordering a full size fragrance as a splurge, so I was very excited to receive the box until I actually opened it.

Do I need to go into an actual store and talk to a real person about this? Or am I out-of-luck (I see that official policy says samples depend on availability anyway, but what's the point of letting me pick out the 3 things I really wanted if I'm just going to be ignored anyway?)

I haven't received samples in my past 4 orders. I contacted customer support via email and they gave me 200 points. That was beyond wonderful but it seems to be happening all the time. I know Sephora can't control samples, as I was told, but it is very frustrating. I love ordering online since I get the added plus of some samples. 😢
