No samples or 100 point item in last package.

I just received my last order and shocker, none of the 5 samples we were offered came, AGAIN. Even worse, I didn't receive the Origins perfect world 100 point sample I selected. I received the product I ordered and the super fan mascara sample only, 2 of 7 items. Seriously, why even offer samples if you never send them or if you do, they aren't the ones selected. My order online shows my sample selection but the packing slip in the box doesn't. Same thing happened with my last order, and the one before that had random stuff I didn't choose. I guess I should never look forward to trying any sample I selected, I mean I thought that was what they were for, but....
