No samples online order

Made an online order, spent the time to pick out 2 samples I wanted to try. Happy for the order to arrive and no samples of any kind included. Reached out to customer service but the response was that’s too bad but nothing we can do. Where is the accountability, if u aren’t going to include the samples at least don’t pretend to offer them. The lack of consistency in orders and service is disappointing.
