No samples included in my shipment

This has happened to me second time in a row and I'm really pissed. Don't advertise that you get three free samples when you only send me once. You redeemed points for me last time and I appreciate it but come on, I really want the samples! The order # 8653329156. I have another order in process and hopefully I get all the samples in this one! I'm disappointed.
