No samples in order

My most recent order from Sephora did not include any samples even though I chose three when checking out. I understand that sometimes the selected sample isn't available so a replacement is given but I've never had an order just not send samples at all. I like getting the samples so I can try out a new product and see if it's worth purchasing the full size. Is there a way to get this fixed?

Yup same here! Got my shipment today and none of the samples I ordered were there 😞

Ditto. I asked for 3 cologne samples in my gift because I wanted to get my SO a gift and I'm sensitive to certain smells, and seeing how prevalent this problem is, it is very disappointing as a customer. Has anyone gotten their samples/found the reason why they were missing in the first place?

The same thing has happened to my last 2 orders.  I just received an order today & there were no samples.  I selected 3 samples but no samples were shipped.  Why even bother to have customers select samples?  Very disappointing.

This is terrible.  The last 3 orders I received had no samples.  I'm really dissatisfied with Sephora as they have a reputation for including samples with their orders which is a selling point for them.  I have been a VIB rouge member for a long time and to have my  last 3 orders arrive with no samples is unacceptable.
