No samples in my parcel again

I just got a package today and Sephora didn’t put any samples in it. I really don’t understand why Sephora still let their customer to choose what kind of sample they want if they didn’t actually give to customer. That’s really disappointed. I’m not going to keep my VIB Rouge status this year.
