No samples in my last 7 orders!

It feels like a petty thing to complain about since they are free, but I paid for Flash Shipping and I order online alot because the samples are half the fun! I would like to know if I am the only one experiencing this. I mean zero samples, exctep once it had 1 sample and it was not one that I had chosen.
