No samples in app?

When I try to check out in the app, I no longer have the option to add samples to my order. Is this happening to anyone else? Is this a bug?

Trying to place an order now and I can add the samples but when I’ve picked what I wanted and click “done” , nothing happens . It must be a bug .

@hellzabellz I'm sorry to hear that! Please try deleting the app and reinstalling it. Same. I JUST got the email 5 mins ago and says the perfume samples are all sold out. Beyond frustrating

i also can’t see the rewards options from checkout — so weird!!

@Olenaaaaa Both should be available on the basket page under the Beauty Insider Benefits section. If you aren't able to locate this, can you please try deleting and reinstalling the app?
