No samples for Jo Malone and Jo Loves?

I’m just curious if it’s really true, that customers can’t have samples of these brands fragrances? Had a rejection from consultant in Downtown Brooklyn Sephora store today. Was surprised by this information and quite amazed by the way (both manner and tone) in which lady decided to provide me with this knowledge 🤔. Didn’t understand if she was tired of giving rejection to customers or something else))
