No samples again and again

Why am I not getting samples? I placed 5 separate orders during the spring sale, sometimes placing an order because of the awesome samples that I could choose from, but I received absolutely NO SAMPLES. Five orders that should have contained 2 samples each, for a total of 10 samples in all, and I didn’t receive 1! Yet there have remained samples on the site to choose from when checking out, so why did I not receive any at all?! I’ve been a Rouge member for years, and missing samples don’t happen THAT often. So I’m upset and disappointed. Not cool at all. I recently saw more samples added that I would love to try, and considered placing another order to try those samples, but what would be the point as I haven’t received a single sample in the last 5 or 6 packages?

Same here - the samples were in my shipping confirmation email but weren’t in the box on arrival. Super frustrating when one of the main reasons I order from Sephora is the opportunity to try new out product!
