No samples No free offer product

Isn’t it so frustrating when you carefully choose samples like Versace and Dolce & Gabbana with your order, only to receive just one random sample—like a milk primer you didn’t even pick? On top of that, I qualified for a free Dior lash primer with my $40+ order, and they didn’t include that either! Sephora really needs to update their inventory system in real time so customers can see which samples or free products are sold out and actually receive what they’re promised. It’s disappointing and honestly, it ruins the whole experience.
