No samples. No Beauty Insider Reward. No Promo Gift.

I placed an order on 12/21 and used the 25 Delights promo code and used some of my Beauty Insider points to get one of the rewards. Both my promo item and reward item were taken off of the order, and when my package arrived, there weren’t even any samples!! Then, I placed another order a couple of days ago, and I was just notified that a different 25 delights promo item that I put on that order was cancelled, and so was my Beauty Insider reward item that I tried to get with that order! What is going on??? Has this been happening to other people??

I would PM you, but I keep getting an error message every time that I try. My Beauty Insider rewards and promo gifts have not arrived twice now. I just want to see if there is a way to get them on my next order.

no promos no gifts no samples this happens every 1 out of 5 for my orders. especially during holidays. just call customer service they will either give you point and sometimes if you get a mice one they will try to replace to acctual sample, which makes me happy since that's how I try new products I'm interested in with out buying and returning.
