No samples AGAIN:(

Really not the first time, I understand that they can run out of samples sometimes but I was really looking forward for that specific sample this time and they didn't even give any other replacement. Will they ever get to fix this problem??

I'm sorry that your samples were not included! Samples may be substituted depending on availability at the time of fulfillment however they should not be missing altogether. I’ll send you a private message shortly to assist.
