No samples .. AGAIN

I don’t shop in stores anymore because they don’t give you samples. So I started placing online orders & guess what? Still no samples. Almost all my orders this year came with no samples… I’m so confused did Sephora get rid of samples overall? Then why have the option to add samples to basket? I’m actually so annoyed, what’s the point of buying stuff at Sephora anymore? It seems like I’ll get better samples and gifts w purchase if I shop at shoppers or the bay. #samples

Update: they fixed my issue really quickly & added points to my account to compensate for the missing points! Amazing job, customer service team🥂
