No samples? AGAIN?

Okay, so a few weeks ago I ordered from Sephora online. I only got one sample of the 3 and it was not even at least one of the ones I had chosen. A representative rectified the situation within 24 hours. However, on December 25th I had three separate orders each with 3 samples. 2 of my orders came in today. NO samples. none of the 6 samples from the two orders were there. I am so disappointed. I hope the third order that I am still waiting on does not have this issue. 😞

Because you cannot put 3 different orders to get 9 samples. Thats what the CS used to tell me...

So they send none? And last order too? And for everyone else? And one was done by my boyfriend but on my account to get points for my BI as an extra gift for me. Didn’t do it just for the samples. Thanks though.
