No sample

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Sephora and haven’t received my requested samples. I understand there’s limited stock but I was really looking forward to getting my samples. when I ordered this time around I only received one sample when I should have received two, and it’s not the one I requested anyway. It’s disappointing. Is there anything that can be done about this?

It truly is a constant ongoing problem. I have had the correct samples only twice in 2023 and usually never get any at all.
