No refunds on fragrance sample sets

Was very disappointed to learn that vanilla fragrance sample/set was not returnable. I tried ea sample 1x. They did not work ( I like vanilla bottom notes, but none of these worked) was within time frame, all samples, card, certificate were in box.
Definitely will not take that risk again. Unhappy that I did not get to buy myself a new Birthday fragrance and am out so much $. Wish I would have known…
