No refund

I’ve had this same issue multiple times, my package says it’s delivered but it’s not there. I’ve contacted support and they won’t respond. This is a 200 dollar order and now I’m just supposed loose 200 dollars on their count

No sadly i haven’t gotten a refund or reshipment. They don’t want to respond for anything. I had to order the items again with my own money
