No refund

Hello! 
On October 25th I did the order. I was charged twice for it - the full price and then the half. My order was lost, so i got the refund of the full order, but still no refund of 42 dollars... Can you help me with that? I know, that 42 dollars are supposed to be bank authorization,  but it's not yet released after 10 days...
