No refund yet for cancelled order

Sephora cancelled an order I made almost a week ago and it is still showing up on the balance on my credit card and debit card. I used both cards to make the purchase and was cancelled by Sephora both times and was told that 1.) it would not show up on my credit card valance, but it did. 2.) i would get my refund on my debit card in 5-7 days and it has already been 7 days. Who can I contact to help with this?
