No refund- replacement on missing item. Irrisponsible

 

I ordered 2 items( hair mask and 1 eyeliner)

when i opened it out, there’s only hair mask and 2 samplers inside. I tried to contact all customer service but they all said that they could not refund or replace for me. Even i called them already.

the ridiculous thing is the invoice that they attached inside the box was not incl the eyeliner( picture attached) and they still did not even replace for me. I have been spending alot on Sephora but they treated customer like stupid. This is second time that thing happened to me, and i lost around $500 first time( no solution), the second time(more than $30)- no solution too. All i get is “SORRY”

i don’t pay my money for “SORRY”

Sephora is trying to avoid scam, but clearly see that SEPHORA IS SCAMMING PEOPLE by doing this. By saying that customer reach the refund or replacement limit(even before, that was their fault to make my package lost or wrong item or missing item), they can just dont put the right products, or dont really put product for customer, let customer claim and just say “sorry” 
iam just one the the customer got scammed by sephora, i believe. Charge customer and give them nothing. 

how do you feel if you paid $500 or $30, the ONLY thing you got is “ SORRY”

i don’t want to be rude, but look, you paid and you got nothing, what should you say? Zip your mouth and let it happen again and again?
