No refund really???,

So I drove 20 miles to take my item back and was informed that I can' have a refund because I used PayPal. When I asked the sales lady to please ask a manager she got on her headset and the manager couldn't even be bothered to come up and explain why when I Sid it spent tell youth when you pay for it she said yeah they should oh well.

I have been a loyal customer and a vib rouge but this is my last purchase. I will just shop somewhere else but for others.  . DO NOT USE PAYPALIF YOU WISH TO GET A CASH REFUND

Hi @cortlynn I'm so sorry for the confusion! It is stated in our return policy that for purchases made by with PayPal, our stores are only able to offer a refund to store credit or gift card. In order to receive a refund to your PayPal account, you would need to send the item back to us using a prepaid merchandise return label.
