No recent order

Hi, I placed an order the other day and I can’t check the order from my account order list. I tried completing signing out and signing back in but it still doesn’t show. And when I check by the order number, the status says Test Completed. Can you tell me why is my order not showing and what does it mean by Test Completed? Has my order been gone through successfully?
