I ordered online a few days ago and have been waiting for my e-receipt, i cannot bring it to my city without the receipt, a lot of day has passed and I'm still checking my email, I need help

Hi @cidrademora ! Have you contacted Sephora Customer Service yet? 

Meanwhile, check your online account's order history page and see if your order's listed there. You should then be able to see and print out the details; maybe that'll work as a receipt?

Oh, I tried but I'm not sure the agency allow my screenshoot, anyway I'll give a try and hope they accept it.

It's my first time making a purchase here in Sephora, I take this like a lesson haha
