I paid for a concealer yesterday at Sephora (Valleyfair Mall), California. The lady who took my payment packed only the lip mask I assume although I paid for both the concealer and lip mask. She gave me the wrapped up product as I said I didn’t want to a bag. I shoved it into my bag assuming both were in there. However when I came home and opened it, I found only the lip mask. I have my bill with me! Is there anything we could do about it. I paid $30 for the bobby brown concealer and I don’t want to lose it.

with receipt march in there and tell them politely what happened. if worker blows you off get a manager. there are cameras to prove it was neber put in your bag if they want to argue they did. happens to me sometimes and our store ladies have always been good ab fixing their mistakes. but go get your product you paid for!
