No points

I got a Naked pallete and I asked the girl if she could add the points to my account, and she said yes. But she never asked for my name or beauty insider card. And just said okay I’ve added the points to your account, you have certain amount do you want to redeem them and I said no I’ll save them. I was surprised she knew my points but didn’t ask for my information... then when I got in the car the beauty insider card # wasnt the same as mine! I want to make sure she really did add them to my account and not the person I Front of me .
