No points from instore purchase?

I went to sephora in JCP yesterday and spent about $40, Had her scan my card and confirm my point balance. But the new purchase doesn’t reflect on my app or in my point balance. Whats up with that? And why does it seem like this happens to everyone who goes to Sephora in JCP?

I sadly didn’t take the receipt cause u didn’t realize this would be an issue. Would a screenshot from my banking app showing the store location and the purchase amount suffice?

I'm sorry about this! Generally, it can take up to 24 hours for your points to reflect in your Beauty Bank. If you do not see your points after 24 hours of your purchase at Sephora inside JCP, please send me a private message with your registered email address, Beauty Insider card number and a clear photo of your receipt. I'll need to see the store location, date, subtotal, and transaction details. Thank you! 🙂
