No package

hello, it’s been 24 hrs since my package has says it’s been delivered but I haven’t received anything and it’s from fleetoptics again! They always mess up my address And this has already happened multiple times to me. Sephora has to please change to Canada post I had absolutely no problems with them!

I am another victim of Fleetoptics and it's haphazard approach to delivery. Parcel tracking says delivered to a "safe drop." My parcel is my home address and it was not delivered. When you search community posts there is 138 entries about this company. When does Sephora address this issue? 

Update: Fleetoptics sent a photo of my parcel on a porch that isn't my porch. My husband recognized the porch of a neighbor. He went and got my parcel. Dropped at a house with a different house number clearly visible.
