No package and no refund

 

Placed a rather large order on 9/9/2020 for Christmas gifts. Shortly after, I needed the money to pay my grandpas hospital bills from Covid. Returned almost $1,000 of items with their tracked label and after more than 30 days like it states in their policy, still no refund. Checked the tracking, spoke to customer service for more than two hours. Got sent to different departments. Wasted my time to only tell me they will email me shortly with a form to file for a refund after investigation. Clearly they said they saw that I shipped it out. Then received an email stating this instead. Will be going to the post office to try to find my package after calling numerous times and they were also not able to help me out. Absolutely infuriating.
