No order confirmation email

Hi, i placed an order online to pick up in store, and didnt get an email confirmation about. Ive been charged but it not showing up on my order history either.

Something similar to me too! Placed an in store pick up order using klarna, got charged for the payment, but no klarna order or Sephora order confirmation emails and not showing up in my recent orders….so disappointed and confused.

Same. I placed an order shortly after the sale went live. I paid through PayPal and got a confirmation email from them but NOT Sephora. 

Also my Sephora confirmation page wouldn't load so I couldn't even get a confirmation number. My recent order also isn't there with my other orders. 

Like you I'm confused, worried and frustrated. 

Hopefully one of Sephora's customer service reps responds and properly fixes this, so I can have a piece of mind about all of this.
