Why are there no beauty reward offers for at least a week or more :(((((( ( Canada) 

I kept checking everyday. So sad. I don’t like to order unless I get one !

What's the use of having the Valentine's Day Sample Bag when one orders it, receives confirmation that they are going to get it and then it isn't in the order? And don't blame it on mistakes in the warehouse. That excuse might work once but you not thousands of times, judging from all of the complaints. Fix your system or lose customers.
