No more tier rewards

In case you missed it, last year Sephore eliminated the tier rewards, like the 500 points for making VIB or 750 for making rouge, or the option for free flash shipping.

The selection was supposed to be honored through the end of 2019, but as a lot of us found out, if you re-qualified on the 30th or 31st, there wasn't a way to pick a reward.

No more complementary makeovers either, since that had been changed to only a tier gift too.

And now you have to pay for flash shipping no matter what. I don't even see the point in the rewards system anymore.

RE: No more tier rewards

It also looks like they took away the other birthday gift options like the 250 points.

RE: No more tier rewards

I noticed that too, I was making a purchase on the 31 and requalified and it disappeared as I was trying to process my order.

Re: No more tier rewards

@cmarie9 I'm sorry to hear that you had difficulty redeeming your 2019 tier gift online. I see that you have now been assisted with this by email. Please send me a PM if you have any additional questions.

@cmarie9

I'd strongly suggest contacting CS about your 2019 Tier Reward by either calling or posting in the Customer Support Group; the T&C are clear that they will be honored (but I'm not surprised they yanked it from the site early...it's an underhanded move that I sadly have come to expect from Sephora)

Re: No more tier rewards

I think Sephora should seriously reconsider this one. The tier gifts were a really nice bonus for being loyal to Sephora. I rounded Rouge twice before I figured it out that the points were gone tbh, but with time on my hands...now I noticed. I would have voiced my sincere dislike of this choice Sephora management has made earlier. Why would I buy luxe from Sephora when I can go to the vendor and get mega bonuses? One of my favorite brands from SK has a $400 bonus for spending $200 and Sephora doesn't even have the cream they just launched. I was going to buy it from Sephora, especially with Spring sale but buying vendor direct is more rewarding.
