No more samples or return labels?

My last two Sephora purchases (one before Christmas and one after) have both not included any samples or a return shipping label. Anyone else had problems with this? Hoping this was just an oversite because the samples are the whole reason I prefer to shop online.

Hi @PixieVixie We no longer include return labels with orders, but you should receive samples with your orders if you select them. I will send you a private message for more information.

My January 6 order didn’t include any samples or return label either 😞 I’d be fine if the samples weren’t even the ones I chose, but no samples at all? Very disappointing.

No, it's not just you, my last 4 orders haven't had samples even though it's says shipped on the my recent orders. I've seen lots of posts lately with the same issue. Sephora need to discontinue the option to chose samples if they're having an issue. very annoying
