No more return labels or samples with orders?

I ordered the wrong item and called CS and she wouldn't stop the shipment. She said i had to wait 24 hours then call back. My order was here in less than 24 hours because the warehouse is pretty close.  Also there was no samples in the box and no return label.

I had a bad reaction to a lancome product called vib customer service and asked them about how to return it to them they told me I had to print it out. When I told them that I don’t have a printer at first they told me there was nothing they could do so I spoke with a manager explained everything. She sent me a return label after stating it was a one time thing. Every store under the sun always gives customer a return label why not Sephora.???

Sephora gives return labels through Sephora.com/returnlabel , which saves them from cutting down more trees or they just hope people are too lazy to go through the hassle and not return anything?!

Thanks! I didn't know about the link, I always got the return label in my box before but hardly ever used them.

@mojokitty I forgot to mention that the link is not supported by Google Chrome, since you won't be able to get the label.  I have always had to use Mozilla Firefox.
