No more online orders for me(LSO)

As of today I will no longer be shopping with Sephora and it makes me very sad. LSO lost my package and while you guys replaced it you all still shipped through LSO again instead of FedEx, UPS or USPS like in the past. I've only had problems and issues getting my packages from LSO. So since you guys are going to continue to use them I'll have to stop shopping with you. The store is too far away from my house which is why I order online. This is very disappointing to me a long time customer and VIB. SMH... I would like a refund for my newly stolen aka lost LSO order. This is beyond frustrating 😤  actually it's infuriating to have the drivers of a company misdeliver, steal or mishandle orders that many of us have spent our hard earned money on. I see many complaints on here about this shipping company (LSO) yet corporate refuses to listen to the customers trying to save a few bucks on your end. 😒
